Born in Athens in 1957 and studied Industrial Design in Rome at the Instituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche (ISIA). He received a scholarship at ALFA ROMEO (ALFA SUD – Naples Decorative Arts). He collaborated with Studio IDEA in Rome, and since 1984 he has been designing furniture and decorative objects for Greek and Italian companies. He has taught at the National Technical University of Athens and is also a professor at the Athens School of Applied Arts (AKTO). Andreas’ design creations have gained international recognition through prestigious awards, and he is especially renowned for designing the Olympic Torch used during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, symbolizing the harmonious shape and lines of Greece’s sacred olive leaves.

Born in Thessaloniki in 1974, he is an artist and designer strongly influenced by his family’s business in the furniture manufacturing sector. In 1992, he decided to follow his passion for design and moved to Florence, Italy, to study Industrial Product Design and Interior Architecture at the Accademia Italiana Moda e Design. Since then, he has traveled, studied, and designed objects – primarily furniture – of high aesthetics and functionality, always combining his love for design with his professional practice. Observing the everyday needs of modern life, in 2015 he founded Verfo Lab, a company aiming to introduce specialized furniture pieces that meet both functional and aesthetic daily needs.

Georgios Bosnas was born and raised in Thessaloniki. After completing his studies in Wood and Furniture Design and Technology, he pursued a Master’s degree in Industrial Design at SPD Politecnica di Milano. Upon returning to Greece, and specifically to Thessaloniki, he focused his interest and passion on the design of lighting, furniture, and beyond. He collaborates with local industries and manufacturers and participated in 100% Design London in 2013. Continuously experimenting at every opportunity, he strives to find creative design outlets and achieve his personal goals.
